Does anyone else agree that marijuana is a beneficial medicinal herb to mankind?
I get nausea a lot. I’ve taken over the counter meeds and prescription meeds but nothing has helped like weed has. A few puffs and my nausea is gone and doesn’t come back. With meeds from store my nausea is barely affected and doesn’t come back for the rest of the day. Also, one prescription pill for nausea I took had a bad reaction with my body and I had to go to the emergency room. It made my neck spasm and my head shootmin different directions. Weed would never do that to me. I love using it as medicine in thismway and I’m sure many other people have found it useful for their conditions.
Don’t tell me anything about weed being bad.

Gary, the reason why i asked that no one post anything about weed being bad isn’t because i’m close-minded or scared (you dont know me), but because i’ve heard it all before. i KNOW the potential risks already because i have done TONS of research on weed and smoked it many times. so again, you shouldn’t assume i havent done research and just think one-sided about weed. i’m interested in what people have to say about weeds medical properties, and anyone posting about weed being bad is not productive or helpful to my question at all. also, i KNOW that all because i had a bad reaction to a pill doesnt mean the same thing will happen to someone else who takes it- i was just pointing out the fact that the prescription meds did nothing for me-one sent me to the ER and weed was a useful effective medicine. and as for what u said about weed causing adverse reactions in some people, yes that probably does happen but i’ve never heard of a person smoking weed and then having a reaction like i did

Hell yes weed is great helps as you said nausea but also migraines stomach aches depression anxiety pain and in long term can numb pain. Smoking of the herb may kill brain cells but the hrrb itself actually creates more brain cells in a certain part of the brain weed is very heLthy for you simce it doesnt go through labs like other medications
Why don’t you want to hear anything bad about it? Closed minded? Scared? Yes marijuana may have some medicinal benefits, but it also has side effects, risks and interactions, like most medicines. If you are going to promote medicinal marijuana use, then to be responsible you should also warn of these things.
What your prescription medication did for you, it may not do for others. Just like marijuana.
Do your research.

It does help with very many things. It is in fact a MEDICAL DRUG in certain parts of America. So, there are indeed quite a few that would agree with that statement. Anyone who has used will probably agree with that, it really does.
Absolutely. Everyone that reads this and is doubtful needs to watch the documentary “The Union: The Business Behind Getting High”. And if you refuse to watch it, then don’t dare call us closed minded.
There have been studies that prove: marijuana is not addictive, does not kill brain cells, does not negatively effect driving skills, can destroy cancerous tumors, and much much more.
It is a plant that grows on this green earth, and it was put here for a reason. Unlike other “drugs” that are manmade from chemicals.
Marijuana, more specifically cannabinoids, has been used for ages, all the way back to ancient Egypt for medicinal purposes. It can be used as a reliever of nausea, back pain, insomnia, headaches, glaucoma, all the way to being an aid in cancer recovery and treatment and HIV/AIDS treatment (due to the increase in appetite).
I have several pinched nerves in my back and spent two years going to a chiropractor to straighten out my spine. All that came out of it was my back hurting worse and a hefty doctor’s bill every month. I also work as a waitress which doesn’t help at all when it comes to the pain. So I started smoking marijuana and I swear by it.
I think that so long as people use marijuana responsibly, don’t smoke and drive, don’t go to work high, etc, that with careful regulation, it could be legalized within my lifetime (I’m 22). I do not think that children should be running around smoking up, but let’s be honest, it is so much better for you than alcohol. What’s the worst that could happen if you “overdose” on marijuana? Maybe you would pass out on the couch in the middle of eating a sandwich. But alcohol could kill you if you take too much of it. And if it doesn’t kill you, your head will in the morning.
Also, marijuana is not 100% scientifically proven to be addictive, and research indicates that it is less harmful to your lungs, heart, and brain than cigarette smoke. In my opinion, the “addiction” to marijuana is complete nonsense. I smoke when I please, and when I don’t, I’m perfectly fine with it. Do I prefer to smoke if I am at home with nowhere to go, rather than have a few beers? Yes, but that is my choice.
Anyway, that’s my two cents. Sorry it dragged on a bit.
No i wouldn’t.
Marajuana does have medicinal uses but that isn’t why most people use it.
It also has side effects to those medicinal uses.
Most people who use it could do without it and it doesn’t help them.
Only a few people genuinely benefit from its use.
