I’ve heard certain spices are medicinal . What are some of the spices or herbs and what are they good for?

Mint can calm you down and help you think clearer.
Tea brewed from foxglove can kill a person and the traces leave the body instantly. Can’t find them unless you’re looking for them.
Parsely is a pretty good breath freshener/palet cleanser.

Garlic is great for lowering blood pressure as is red wine so if you like both you must stink but be really mellow about it !!!!!
Turmeric and garlic are very good for internal cleansing and have anti-septic qualities, peppermint is excellent for calming an upset tummy and ibs,
Chile powder is an anticoagulant and can be used to reduce inflammations… there are some thoughts about it’s use in the regulation of the blood pressure too.
Tumeric – anti-inflamtory
Cinnemon – helps regulate blood sugar
Fennel – reduces gas/bloating
parsley – acts as a diuretic
garlic – antibiotic
ginger – multiple uses, mostly good for stomach and head colds
honey – heals open wounds and burns
mustard – breaks up chest conjestion
hot pepper – opens sinuses
General Cold Remedy: Heat Chicken stock with a slice of raw ginger, a clove of garlic and a dried cayanne pepper. Vapor of stock opens your head, soothes raw throats.
