Try something called Arnica
in a warm bath put epsom salt that works wondera!!!!!!!(you can buy it @ the dollar store)
I take Glucosamine for my joints. It helps your body make the natural lubricants for your joints. Hope this helps you out.
you may have an arthritis, buy a fenugreek seed at an indian store. roast it to light brown and grind finely than make a ‘coffee’ out of it. drink 3 -5 mugs a day (infuse 2 tablespoonful in 3-5 mugs of boiling water for 5 minutes. you can also eat the residue. this is bitter)
