Where can I find medicinal herb plants in the Orlando area?

I have been looking all over (including the internet) for a good place to buy Valerian root in its mature plant form but can’t find anywhere in the central Florida/Tampa Bay area. If anyone has any good websites that don’t charge a ridiculous amount for shipping that would be helpful too.
